It's much easier (though slower) to just knock over every hurdle with the bottom of your foot. That's what they usually have newbies who can't make it over the hurdles yet do. Of course, this girl's coach decided...
Even the chunkiest PoEster could use that technique and not lay on the ground for half the race to speed (waddle) to victory.

I never saw a sloppier race in 3 years of meets though. Their form is so bad it almost seems like it's a bunch of freshmen who've never ran ANY track before being thrown into the race at the last minute. EIther that or it's middle school running with highschool regulation hurdle height?
