There are the big jack pots most American lotteries have, but this is a scratch and win game and those typically don't have huge prizes.
A friend of mine is driving to Washington D.C. I'm going to have him buy me a few of these tickets when he passes through N.C.. I'm such a mark.
I feel this is appropriate time to bring up that my favourite Ric Flair angle was where he was put into an old folk's home or an insane asylum - I can't remember which - and he was basically acting like he always does, but in his boxers, and it was rather illuminating how he's basically a crazy person.
Anyway, all the old folks / inmates ran to the ring at a PPV to help Flair win, which I guess paid off the storyline.
Insane asylum, which was before or after the nWo left him out in the middle of a desert. Can't remember.
I do remember that that angle was never really resolved. They brought it up all the time without warning because the braintrust at the time hated Flair and wanted to embarrass him whenever they went through a Carolina.
