E. O. Wilson was from Alabama. However, I'm sure he wasn't an Alabama fan. Every time I have to drive through west central Alabama I deal with Alabama fans on the road, in the stores, and they're everywhere and as obnoxious as ever.

I am pretty sure 99% of Alabama fans don't have a college education, so I find it odd how they support the school but never went there.

i submitted this after alabama lost to their in-state rivals as a sample of the types that would be out making huge, boozy mistakes in the wake of the loss. a few years ago an alabama fan poisoned some trees on a rival campus, then bragged about it on the radio show cowboy mentions here. after last week's game, an alabama fan killed a fellow alabama fan for joking about the loss.

"She said we weren't real Alabama fans because it didn't bother us that they lost. And then she started shooting."
