Oddly enough, I like this more for his parody of the artist more than the parody of the topic.

The parody of the style is spot on. The subject and lyrics are kinda... odd.
Though I do now want a garbage can full of Styrofoam peanuts.

Is it okay that I don't like this song? I even like Weird Al, and I like The Doors. I just don't think this song is that original or well-composed. It's like he just took a bunch of his B-sides from the last 5 albums and threw them in a blender.

Well you can always Message @alyankovic and ask. That said, the song is meh. "Bob" was a better style impersonation song.

I suspect it's because Al can't get that throaty quality Morrison had. His voice is on the high and nasal side and it's easier to push those aspects further for a Dylan impersonation.

Oh god, that's what was bugging me about this. Now I will never be able to stop picturing them having sex, thanks.
