Seriously, this is madness and deserves a standing ovation. Tried reading the explanation but it made little sense. I've got some experience with VGA but it did not help me grasp how this witch managed it. The programmer should probably be burnt at the stake for practicing dark arts.
I guess one of the guys behind this has been working on it since the 80's. I have a friend who is currently trying to get the composite out working on his CGA card so we can check this out in all it's glory.
Imagine if Trixter were to spend his time trying to learn how to program amazing stuff on modern hardware instead of continuing with his decades-long obsession with the 8086.
