It was crazy how nerds took a throwaway joke on Community and made a whole 'thing' out of it, complete with it's own TvTropes page. But it WAS a Doctor Who reference and we all know how crazy that show seems to make nerds.

The shame is that he's just running with a quick one-off joke, and the only reason this project got any funding was Community's fans are so dedicated. It's not a good web series. It's not funny. And it doesn't even seem to get that the point of Inspector Spacetime was to show a bad Doctor Who ripoff. This is instead just a guy somehow making a Doctor Who fan film.
