I stumbled on this show and have now seen every episode. It's pretty damn fantastic. And they put secret messages in the closing credits. And Mable does the Legend of Zelda Spin when she gets the Grappling Hook. It's pretty damn fantastic.
Caminante Nocturno
Mabel is the best thing about this show.
GravidWithHate
Was the working title of this "Twin Peaks Babies"?
WHO WANTS DESSERT
It's Twin Peaks with some classic Simpsons and a little Earthbound

Xenocide
It's more like Eerie Indiana: The Animated Series.

Also, it's awesome.

"My God how much symbolism can you throw in one show.

1."?" all over the place
2. Shriner
3. first episode about Gnomes
4. Secret book full of symbols.
5. The house/store the kids live in have symbols everywhere.
6. The secret soda machine which leads to a secret door
7. hypnotic suggestion.

Wow Disney you spared no expense in letting people know about freemasonry."
Caminante Nocturno
I love how they're complaining about Disney making it too blatant, and how it's ALMOST over-the-top.

ALMOST!

memedumpster
Turned it off at zombies.
WHO WANTS DESSERT
It's not zombies.

dead_cat
Oh man, it is not zombies LIKE CRAZY.

Rodents of Unusual Size
Yes, you need to watch this.

I am unironically loving something on the Disney Channel? The same channel that gave us a dozen different clone filled (different from clone themed) family situation comedies?

And laughing hysterically at a Disney cartoon? Whoever the writers are that they hired, they are doing a great job. I haven't laughed at a Disney cartoon since Emperor's New Groove.

poorwill
Cool.

Maybe he's blinking when you're blinking...

This Tron and Wreck-It-Ralph tell me that Disney isn't the culturally clueless megacorp that they are often portrayed to be...they have a rather scary track on what works...I guess it isn't surprising.
Macho Nacho
I think the show is cute.
The Mothership
Matrignomy.

also, the little gnome getting stuck in the soda can rings was a nice touch.
IrishWhiskey
Rainbow vomit, Kristen Schaal, grappling hook.

...okay, I'll give it a shot.
American Standard
Disney has been hardcore poaching Cartoon Network's talent, and it shows. The popularity of Adventure Time and the like hasn't been lost on them. I'm glad they've decided television cartoons are worth giving a shit about again.
