It's funny, but I'm not sure why.
It's a tiny bit racist, but the comedy isn't based on the racism, so 5 stars.
No no no, we call them rag heads, not bag heads.
This and the "Pigeons seem to like the sound of my voice" bit are forever burned into my memory.
"Cookie Puss, I will eat your soul!" is the line I'll always remember from this show.
